Objective To explore analysis to reduce artificial abortion postoperative pregnancy rate for the effect of nursing intervention. Methods In our hospital from March 2012 to March 2013 to receive treatment in 420 cases of induced abortion patients were randomly divided into 212 cases of the study group and 208 cases in the control group, the control group were given conventional nursing care, patients in study group received nursing intervention. Results In the control group of patients with postoperative pregnancy rate was 7.1%, pregnancy rate was 22.6%in study group of patients after surgery, unexpected pregnancy rate was significantly lower than the control group of patients after operation (P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with artificial abortion to reduce unintended pregnancy rate after nursing intervention, can reduce the incidence of accidental pregnancy after surgery, is worthy of promotion.%目的：探究分析为降低人工流产患者发生术后意外妊娠率采取护理干预的护理效果。方法将我院2012年3月至2013年3月接收治疗的420例行人工流产术患者随机分为212例研究组和208例对照组，对照组患者给予普通护理，研究组患者给予护理干预。结果对照组患者的术后意外妊娠发生率为7.1%，研究组患者的术后意外妊娠发生率为22.6%，研究组患者的术后意外妊娠发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论降低人工流产患者术后意外妊娠发生率采取护理干预，能够降低术后意外妊娠发生率，值得推广。
