启发式教育应用于手术室护士培训的效果分析

         

摘要

ObjectiveTo discuss the effects of application of heuristic education in the training of operating room nurse.Methods30 practice nurses in the operating room were chosen as experimental group during Jan. 2012 to Jan 2014. 30 practice nurses in the same period were chosen as control group. Two groups are not signiifcantly different in gender, age which is comparable. The control group was received traditional education while the experimental group was received heuristic education.ResultsThe case nursing assessment and feedbacks of experimental group are signiifcant excellent than control group.ConclusionsHeuristic education is a effective mode of education which is worth of promotion.%目的:探讨分析启发式教育应用于手术室护士培训的效果。方法选取我院2012年1月至2014年1月手术室临床实习护士30例作为实验组,选取同期入院的手术室实习的30例护士作为对照组。对照组护士接受传统教学,实验组护士接受启发式教学。结果实验组实习护士在整体护理个案考核方面平均成绩明显高于对照组;实验组实习护士对提高学习兴趣、增强知识记忆、加深知识理解、提高自学能力、提高发现问题能力和提高解决问题能力方面表示满意的人数明显高于对照组。结论说明启发式教学是一种行之有效的教学模式,临床带教值得推广。
