2种宫内节育器的临床效果对比研究

摘要

Objective To explore the mother love ring(MYCU)and T(TCu220c)comparison the clinical effect of two kinds of intrauterine device. Methods In our hospital in January 2010 to March 2012 paper analyzed two kinds of synthetic placed on two kinds of synthetic reactions and termination rate comparison. Results 24 months total MYCU terminate at a rate of 4.39%, and total TCu220c terminate at a rate of 7.14%;TCu220c group complained of a number of female ring than love;The number of adverse reaction months TCu220c group were more than mother love ring group. Conclusion MYCU compared with TCu220c its less adverse reaction, and continued use rate is higher.%目的：探讨爱母环（MYCU）与T环（TCu220c）两种宫内节育器的临床效果对比。方法对我站2010年1月至2012年3月期间两种节育器的安置情况进行分析，对两种节育器的不良反应情况以及终止率进行对比。结果24个月安置MYCU的总终止率为4.39%，而TCu220c的总终止率为7.14%；TCu220c组主诉人数比爱母环组多；各月TCu220c组不良反应人数均比爱母环组多。结论 MYCU相较于TCu220c其不良反应更少，且续用率更高。
