腹腔镜联合胆道镜行保胆取石术的临床价值研究

摘要

Objective To explore the laparoscopic joint choledochoscope lines cover the clinical value of bile lithotomy, provide a reference basis for future work. Methods A retrospective analysis in October 2009 to October 2013 of our hospital clinical data of 100 patients who underwent biliary lithotomy bao. Results This study were successful in 100 patients confirmed biliary lithotomy treatment and rehabilitation, for an average surgery (55±10)min, less intraoperative blood loss, some patients appeared mild postoperative pain, tolerance, not to give special intervention. After 0.5-2 years follow-up, patients with recurrence in 2 cases, has not been the rest of the patients with complications. Conclusion Laparoscopic treat cystic stone joint choledochoscope therapy clinical effect is remarkable, high safety coefficient, worth clinical promotion.%目的：探究腹腔镜联合胆道镜行保胆取石的临床价值，为今后的工作提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析2009年10月至2013年10月我院收治的100例行保胆取石患者的临床资料。结果本次研究中100例患者均成功行保胆取石治疗并获得康复，手术平均时间为（55±10）min，术中出血量少，部分患者出现术后轻度疼痛感，耐受，未给予特殊干预。经0.5~2年随访后，复发患者2例，其余患者均未发生并发症。结论腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊结石疗临床效果显著，安全系数高，值得临床推广使用。
