目的：观察综合护理干预对于促进骨折病患术后康复中应用的效果。方法从2011年3月至2013年6月，选择于我院治疗骨折病患100例作为研究对象，以数字法随机分为观察组（50例）以及对照组（50例）。对对照组行常规护理，对观察组行综合护理干预。对比观察两组病患康复情况。结果观察组病患对护理方案满意者占比70.00%（35/50），显著高于对照组的50.00%（25/50）。对护理方案不满意者占比4.00%（2/50），显著低于对照组的22.00%（11/50）。差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。观察组疗效为优者占比72.00%（36/50），优良率为98.00%（49/50），均显著高于对照组的48.00%（24/50），86.00%（43/50）。差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论综合护理干预应用于骨折病患康复治疗中，有效缓解病患痛苦，效果较好。且安全性较高，值得临床推荐。%Objective To investigate the application of comprehensive nursing intervention to promote rehabilitation patients in the postoperative effect of fracture. Methods From 2011 March to 2013 June in our hospital, select the patients with fracture of 100 cases as the research object, the numbers were randomly divided into the observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases). The control group received conventional the nursing, the observation group underwent comprehensive nursing intervention. The two groups were compared in patient rehabilitation. Results The patients in the observation group were satisfied for nursing programs accounted for 70%(35/50), significantly higher than the control group of 50%(25/50). Not satisfied with the nursing programme accounted for 4%(2/50), significantly lower than the control group 22%(11/50). The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The curative effect of therapeutic group was excellent accounted for more than 72%(36/50), the excellent and good rate was 98%(49/50), were significantly higher than those in control group 48%(24/50), 86%(43/50). The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention on the fracture patients in rehabilitation, effectively alleviate the patients' pain, better. And higher security, worthy of recommendation.
