加强护理风险管理提高护理质量

摘要

目的：强化护理风险管理，增强护士的风险意识，为患者提供安全优质的护理服务。方法建立健全护理安全体系，完善护理工作流程和应急预案。结果住院患者满意率保持在98%以上，护理差错发生率明显下降。结论强化护理风险管理，对护理质量提升起到了重要作用。%Objective To strengthen the nursing risk management, enhance the nurses' risk awareness, provide safe and high quality nursing service for patients. Methods Establish and improve the nursing safety system, improving the nursing process and the emergency response plan. Results Hospitalized patients satisfaction rate above 98%, the incidence of nursing error decreases obviously. Conclusion To strengthen the nursing risk management, the quality of nursing played a important role in ascension.
