原发性高血压患者血压变异与血脂异常的相关性研究

摘要

目的：对原发性高血压患者血压变异与血脂异常的相关性进行研究。方法选取从2012年7月至2013年7月收治的67例原发性高血压患者，按照患者的总胆固醇将其分观察组（非高胆固醇患者）与对照组（高胆固醇患者），对患者的动态血压进行24h的监测。结果在nSBPSD（夜间收缩压标准差）、dDBPSD（日间舒张压标准差）以及24hDBPSD（夜间舒张压标准差）方面，对照组明显高于观察组，P＜0.05，其差异具有统计学意义。在24hSBPSD（收缩压标准差）以及dSBPSD（日间收缩压标准差）方面，对照组明显高于观察组，P＜0.01，其差异具有统计学意义。在dSBP（日间收缩压）、24hSBP（收缩压）、24hPP（脉压均值）以及dPP（日间脉压均值）方面，与观察组相比较，对照组明显升高，P＜0.05，其差异具有统计学意义。结论血压变异同血脂异常为正相关，心脑血管疾病发生危险的主要因素就是血脂异常以及高血压。%Objective To study the variation of blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension and dyslipidemia correlation. Methods From 2012 July to 2013 July, 67 were in patients with primary hypertension, according to the total cholesterol in patients in the observation group(patients with non high cholesterol)and control group(patients with high cholesterol), monitoring of ambulatory blood pressure of patients with 24 h. Results In the nSBPSD (nighttime systolic blood pressure standard deviation), dDBPSD (ambulatory diastolic blood pressure standard deviation)and 24 h DBPSD(nocturnal diastolic blood pressure standard deviation), the control group was signiifcantly higher than that in observation group, P<0.05, the difference was signiifcant. In the 24 h SBPSD (systolic pressure standard deviation)and dSBPSD (daytime systolic blood pressure standard deviation), the control group was signiifcantly higher than that in observation group, P<0.01, the difference was signiifcant. In the dSBP(daytime systolic blood pressure), 24 h SBP(SBP), 24 h PP(pulse pressure mean value)and dPP (ambulatory pulse pressure mean), compared with the observation group, the control group increased signiifcantly, P<0.05, the difference was signiifcant. Conclusion Blood pressure variability is positively related with abnormal blood lipids, cardiovascular disease risk factors is mainly of dyslipidemia and hypertension.
