慢性肺源性心脏病的临床治疗分析

摘要

目的：讨论慢性肺源性心脏病的临床治疗效果以及治疗特点。方法回顾性分析在我院进行治疗的80例慢性肺源性心脏病患者的临床资料。结果80例患者中好转患者74例，死亡患者4例，自动出院患者2例。其中由于呼吸衰竭而导致的死亡2例，心力衰竭导致的死亡2例。结论慢性肺源性心脏病病情比较复杂，所以在治疗上要从整体着眼，运用综合治疗方法，提高治疗效果。%Objective To discuss the clinical effect of the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease and treatment characteristics.Methods Take a retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 80 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease who treated in this hospital.Results In 80 cases, 74 cases improved, 4 cases died, 2 cases discharged. Because of respiratory failure and death in 2 cases, heart failure led to the death of 2 cases.Conclusion The disease of chronic pulmonary heart disease is more complex, so the treatment should focus on the whole, comprehensive treatment, improve the therapeutic effect.
