目的：探讨中药薰洗配合光子照射应用于肛周脓肿术后护理的效果。方法将在我科住院治疗的68例患者随机分为实验组38例和对照组30例，实验组术后采用中药薰洗配合光子照射护理，然后再常规换药，对照组中药坐浴后常规换药，比较两组治疗护理效果。结果实验组的治疗护理效果优于对照组。结论用肛门中药薰洗配合光子照射法对肛周脓肿术后患者实施护理，能有效减轻患者术口疼痛、减少创面渗液、促进术口愈合，缩短住院时间。%Objective To explore the Chinese herb fumigation combined with photon irradiation applied in nursing of perianal abscess after effect. Method In our hospital 68 cases of patients were randomly divided into experimental group and 38 in the control group 30, the experimental group were treated with Chinese herb fumigation combined with photon irradiation nursing, and then the control group routine treatment, traditional Chinese medicine hip bath after routine treatment, compared two groups of treatment effect. Result The experimental group was better than that of the control group treatment and nursing. Conclusion With anal herbal fumigation with photon irradiation nursing on patients with perianal abscess after operation, can effectively reduce the pain, wound exudate, promote wound healing, shorten the hospitalization time.
