150例脑梗死早期静脉溶栓治疗的护理

摘要

目的：探讨脑梗死早期静脉溶栓治疗的临床护理措施和护理体会。方法选取本院收治的150例脑梗死早期静脉溶栓患者，通过实施全面护理措施，观察对比护理前后患者的NIHSS评分差异及凝血功能改善情况等。结果进行早期静脉溶栓治疗且经过全面精细护理的患者，治疗有效率为91.3%。其中，治疗后的NIHSS评分显著高于治疗前，差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）；凝血功能在治疗后也有了明显提高，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论脑梗死患者进行早期溶栓治疗并进行全面精细的护理可以显著提高溶栓治疗的有效率，有效提高患者生活质量，改善患者凝血功能，减少患者痛苦。%Objective To study the early intravenous thrombolysis treatment of the cerebral infarction clinical nursing and nursing experience.Methods Selected our hospital treated 150 cases of cerebral infarction patients with early intravenous thrombolysis, by implementing the comprehensive nursing measures, were observed before and after contrast nursing NIHSS score differences and blood coagulation function in patients with improvement, etc.Results Early intravenous thrombolysis therapy and after careful nursing care of patients, the treatment effective rate was 91.3%.
