护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者生活预后的影响研究

ObjectiveInvestigate the effect of nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. MethodRandomly selected hospital admitted 100 COPD patients from respiratory medicine. The patients randomly divided into observation group and control group. Control group implements general care. Dual observation group to implement speciifc nursing interventions on the basis of general care. Compare the quality life of two groups of patients before and after the nursing.ResultsThe degree of improvement the quality of life in the observation group than the control group differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionIn patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease exacerbations implement speciifc nursing intervention can alleviate the condition, promoting the rehabilitation of patients to improve quality of life.%目的：探讨护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺病患者生活质量的影响。方法随机选取我院呼吸内科收治的COPD患者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组实施一般护理，观察组在一般护理的基础上实施特定护理干预，比较两组患者护理前后生活质量情况。结果观察组的生活质量改善高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论在慢性阻塞性肺病急性发作时实施特定的护理干预能缓解病情，促进患者康复改善生活质量。
