目的：分析持续质量改进方法在骨科护理工作中的意义。方法将我院治疗的160例骨科患者随机平均分为两组，即对照组与实验组。对照组患者选用常规护理方法，实验组患者则选用持续质量改进护理方法，比较两组患者的病情好转情况及对不同护理方法的满意程度。结果实验组患者的病情好转率显著高于对照组，且对持续质量改进护理的满意程度显著高于对照组，P<0.05，具有统计学意义。结论持续质量改进护理可有效改善骨科患者的不良心理，获得患者对治疗的充分配合，促进病情好转。%ObjectiveTo analyze the signiifcance of continuous quality improvement methods in orthopedic care work.Methods160 cases treated in our hospital orthopedic patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely the control group and the experimental group.Routinecare of patients in the control group selection method, the experimental group were then selected continuous quality improvement methods of care, improve the patient's condition were compared for different methods of care situation and the level of satisfaction.
