31例特比萘芬致不良反应的文献分析

摘要

ObjectiveTo discuss the manifestation characteristics of Terbinafine induced ADR(Adverse Drug Reaction).MethodsBy means of bibliometrics, 31 cases of ADR reports of Terbinaifne published domestically in 1996-2014 were statistically analyzed and evaluated.ResultsTerbinaifne induced adverse reactions reported in the literature focused on the skin allergic reactions, loss of taste and Liver damage induced by drugs.ConclusionGreat importance should be attached to Adverse Reactions induced by Terbinaifne.%目的：探讨特比萘芬致不良反应发生的特点。方法用文献计量学方法，对1996年~2014年国内中文期刊中公开报道的31例特比萘芬所致不良反应病例进行统计分析。结果特比萘芬致不良反应文献报道集中在皮肤过敏反应、味觉丧失及药物性肝损害。结论临床应重视特比萘芬的不良反应。
