Objective To explore the nursing intervention of ovarian tumor in pregnancy. Methods From January 2011 to December 2013, in Shandong Dong'e County Maternal and Child Health Hospital, 100 patients with ovarian tumor in pregnancy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 50 cases. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group before and after the operation of humanized nursing, psychological nursing care during pregnancy, pregnancy physiological nursing and health education, difference analysis compared two groups of physical iftness and mental state. Results The observation group occurred abortion complications of pregnancy, irregular uterine contraction and vaginal bleeding rate, were signiifcantly less than that of the control group, P<0.05, the difference was statistically signiifcant. Comfort score groups when they were admitted of no statistical difference (P>0.05);comfort score after intervention was significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically signiifcant (t=4.38, P<0.05). Before the intervention, the observation group and the control group SAS, SDS scores were not statistically signiifcant (P>0.05), intervention, the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of pregnant women with ovarian tumors, by adopting correct medical treatment, nursing and timely, accurate and careful, can effectively ensure maternal and child safety, improve the quality of life of patients.%目的：探讨妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤的护理干预。方法选取2011年1月至2013年12月收治于山东省东阿县妇幼保健院的100例妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组50例。对照组进行常规护理，观察组在手术前后进行人性化护理，孕期心理护理，孕期生理护理与健康教育等方面，分析对比两组身体舒适度及心理状态的差异。结果观察组发生流产等妊娠并发症、子宫不规则收缩率和阴道出血的比率，均明显少于对照组，以P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。观察组患者入院时的舒适度评分无统计学差异（P>0.05）；干预后的舒适度评分显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(t=4.38，P<0.05)。干预前，观察组和对照组SAS、SDS评分差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），干预后，观察组评分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论在治疗妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者的过程中，通过及时采取正确医疗措施，实施及时、准确和细心的护理，可有效确保母婴安全，提高患者生活质量。
