老年心血管疾病住院患者抑郁症状的现况调查

摘要

目的：探讨心内科住院的老年心血管疾病患者的抑郁症状及相关的影响因素。方法对2012年12月至2013年6月在青岛市第九人民医院心内科住院的60岁及以上的128例患者进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HRSD）评估。结果87例（68.0%）的老年心血管疾病住院患者存在抑郁症状，抑郁组患者的平均年龄、生活不能自理的比例比无抑郁组均大，与抑郁状态有关的相关因素分析显示年龄越大、无经济来源、生活不能自理的老年心血管疾病住院患者的抑郁发生率越高。结论老年心血管疾病住院患者常常伴有抑郁症状的发生，临床治疗中应重视对抑郁状态的相关治疗。%Objective To explore depression symptoms and related factors of elderly in- patients with cardiovascular disease.Methods From December 2012 to June 2013, 128 patients aged 60 and above in the ninth people's hospital cardiology of Qingdao were carried on the Hamilton depression rating scale (HRSD) to assess.Results 87 cases (68.0%) have depressive symptoms in elderly patients with cardiovascular disease in the hospital, the average age and the proportion of the life disability of the patients were larger than no depression group, analysis of relevant factors indicated that aged, no economic sources, the life disability, depressive incidence of elderly in-patients with cardiovascular disease was higher.Conclusion Elderly in-patients with cardiovascular disease often associated with the occurrence of depressive symptoms, we should pay attention to related clinical treatment of depression.
