目的：探讨中药热罨包治疗慢性小腿溃疡的临床疗效。方法将符合标准的68例患者按区组随机分成治疗组和对照组，两组均给予头孢西丁2gbid静脉滴注，连用10d，双氧水溃疡处换药，每日一次，半导体激光照射治疗溃疡面20分/次，每日1次，连续10d。治疗组在此基础上加用中药热罨包外敷，10d为1个疗程。3个疗程后对两组患者溃疡愈合情况进行评定。结果与对照组相比，治疗组临床症状明显改善，治疗组总有效率为94.12%，对照组总有效率为73.53%，评分差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），治疗组优于对照组。表明热罨包外敷较传统治疗方法能更有效的减轻肿胀，促进溃疡面的愈合。结论在西医抗感染治疗基础上加用中药热罨包外敷治疗小腿溃疡疗效优于单纯用西医治疗，中药热罨包治疗方法简单，费用较低，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。%Objective To evaluate the clinic curative effect of leg ulcer treated by traditional chinese medicine hot compress bag. Method 68 cases of patients treated in our hospital were divied into treatment group and control group. All patients were treated with 2 g of cefoxitin twice a day and were undergone dressing change of ulcer with hydrogen peroxide and He-ne laser irradiation therapy of ulcer once a day and for 10 days. Additionally,the patients in treatment group were also treated with traditional chinese medicine hot compress bag for 30 days. To observe the clinical efficacy of all the patients. Results The total effective rate was 94.12% in treatment group and the total effective rate was 73.53% in control group. The difference between control group and treatment group was statistical(P<0.05). Conclusion The traditional chinese medicine hot compress bag can effectively increase the therapeutic effect of leg ulcer,it is an effective,economic and advantageous methods for the treatment of leg ulcer.
