目的：对支气管扩张患者临床治疗方法和护理方法进行分析研究。方法对我院收治的支气管扩张症160例患者的临床治疗和护理资料进行回顾分析，在治疗上给予患者抗感染和排痰治疗，在护理上则应给予基础护理、严密观察和对症护理，对患者的治疗效果进行观察。结果本组160例患者在经过临床治疗和护理后，有157例患者临床病情得到明显改善，咯血症状停止，反复咳嗽症状明显减轻，炎症消失，其治疗有效率达到了98.13%，有3例患者病情出现恶化，继续接受综合治疗。结论对于支气管扩张症患者，医护人员应该给予合理的治疗和针对性的护理，治疗上以抗感染为主，护理上讲究对症护理，这样才能有效改善患者疾病症状，促进患者生活质量提高，改善其预后。%Objective To bronchiectasis patients clinicaltreatment and nursing methods of analysis. Conclusion For patients with bronchiectasis, medical personnel should be given areasonable treatment and nursing, treatment with antiinfection, symptomatic care about nursing, so as to effectively improve patient symptoms, improve patient quality of life improve, improve the prognosis.
