紫草油联合三乙醇胺治疗放射性皮炎的临床观察

摘要

目的 观察紫草油联合三乙醇胺乳膏用于乳腺癌患者胸壁放射性皮炎临床疗效.方法 70例经受胸壁放射治疗的乳腺癌胸壁放射性皮炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组采用紫草油联合三乙醇胺乳膏外涂,对照组采用3%硼酸水、1%碘伏等常规治疗方法.结果 两组皮肤创面愈合时间比较,治疗组明显短于对照组,且治疗组有效率也高于对照组,差异有统计学意义.结论 紫草油联合三乙醇胺乳膏能有效治疗乳腺癌患者胸壁放射性皮炎,且创面愈合时间短,有效率优于传统常规治疗方法,保证了患者放疗的顺利实施.%Objective To observe the clinical efifcacy of lithospermum oil and trolamine cream in the treatment of radioactive dermatitis of breast cancer chest wall.Methods 70 cases of breast cancer, who suffered from radiation dermatitis after chest wall radiotherapy, were divided into two groups: treatment group and control group. In the treatment group, patients were plastered with lithospermum oil and trolamine cream. As a control, the patients in the control group were plastered with 3% boric acid, 1% iodophor, and so on.Results Compared to the wound healing time of the two groups, we discovered that the wound healing time of the control group was signiifcantly longer than the treatment group, and the total effective rate of the treatment group was also higher than the control group. The difference was statistically signiifcant.Conclusions Lithospermum oil and trolamine cream can effectively cure the radioactive dermatitis, shorten the wound healing time, get a more effective rate, and ensure the conduction of the radiotherapy.
