阴道超声联合腹部超声对子宫腺肌病诊断的价值分析

Objective Discuss the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound in adenomyosis.Methods Choose 4250 cases of uterine adenomyosis of our hospital’s department of gynecology between July 2012 to July 2014. For patients with abdominal ultrasound examination after admission, record disease detection rate of abdominal ultrasonography. Then use vaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound, record the detection rate of the disease,and compare with the detection rate of the two methods.Results Exactly diagnosed by abdominal ultrasound has 3290 cases, the proportion of 77.41%;misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis 960 cases, the proportion of 22.59%. Exactly diagnosed by the joint inspection has 4163 cases, the proportion of 97.95%; 87 cases of misdiagnosis, the proportion of 2.05%. There are obvious differences between the two detection methods of disease detection,P<0.05.Conclusion Vaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound in the detection rate of adenomyosis is very high, and can increase the detection rate of the disease.%目的：对阴道超声联合腹部超声在子宫腺肌病中的诊断价值进行讨论。方法选取我院妇科2012年7月至2014年7月4250例子宫腺肌病患者，患者入院后均采用腹部超声检查，记录腹部超声检查的疾病检出率；而后采用阴道超声联合腹部超声检查，记录患者疾病检出率，对两种方式的检出率进行比较。结果经腹超声诊断明确的有3290例，占比例的77.41%；误诊、漏诊960例，占比例的22.59%。联合检查方式诊断明确的4163例，占比例的97.95%；误诊漏诊87例，占比例的2.05%，两种检测方式的疾病检出率存在明显差异，P＜0.05。经腹超声检测出的子宫动脉指数、搏动指数、血流量情况与联合检查存在明显差异，P＜0.05。结论阴道超声联合腹部超声在子宫腺肌中的检出率非常高，能够提升疾病的检出率。
