小儿病毒性脑炎55例脑电图分析

摘要

Objective Value of EEG on children with viral encephalitis diagnosis analysis.Methods 55 cases of viral encephalitis were treated in our hospital were randomly selected, were given the CSF, braln CT, electroencephalogram, comparative analysis of test results. Results The abnormality rate of EEG was signiifcantly higher than that of cerebrospinal lfuid, with statistical signiifcance difference (P<0.05); abnormal EEG detection rate was signiifcantly higher than the braln CT, with statistically signiifcant difference (P<0.05) data.Conclusion Early diagnosis of viral encephalitis in children has important signiifcance, judging the severity of the disease, clinical curative effect, is worth popularizing widely.%目的：探讨脑电图对小儿病毒脑炎的诊断价值，并展开研究分析。方法随机选取我院收治的55例病毒性脑炎患儿，均给予脑脊液、颅脑CT、脑电图检测，对检查结果进行对比分析。结果脑电图异常检出率显著高于脑脊液，数据差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；脑电图异常检出率显著高于颅脑CT，数据差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论小儿病毒性脑炎早期诊断、判定病情严重程度、疗效判定等具有重要意义，临床值得广泛推广。
