冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者与血脂及尿酸代谢异常关系的临床分析与研究

摘要

Objective To study in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease were observed on the relationship, this type of patients with blood lipid, uric acid metabolism, provides the reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the future.Methods From February 2011 to January 2012 year to come to our hospital for treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with 60 cases of the observation group, 60 cases of healthy people choose to come to my hospital for examination during the same period as the control group, respectively, blood lipid, uric acid metabolism test of two groups, make a comparative analysis.Results After the comparative analysis, the indexes were observed, were higher than the control group, serum lipid and uric acid metabolism, and showed abnormalities.Conclusion Coronary heart disease with clinical examination in patients with type 2 diabetes, lipids, uric acid metabolism through the test index, severity of patients as well as the current, provides a more authoritative reference for the diagnosis and treatment of future patients.%目的：对冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者展开研究，观察该类型患者与血脂、尿酸代谢异常的关系，为日后的临床诊断与治疗提供参考。方法选择2011年2月至2012年1月前来我院治疗的冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者60例为观察组，选择同时期前来我院进行体检的60例健康人员为对照组，分别检验两组人员的血脂情况、尿酸代谢情况，展开详细对比。结果经过对比分析发现，观察组患者的各项检查指标，均高于对照组，患者的血脂以及尿酸代谢，均表现出异常情况。结论冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者的临床检验中，可通过血脂、尿酸代谢等指标检验，分析患者的病情发展以及当下的严重程度，为患者今后的诊治提供了较为权威的参考。
