目的:研究蒙药混其勒-7对小鼠的抗炎镇痛作用,初步探讨其作用机制。方法采用耳廓炎症肿胀实验测定其抗炎作用,热板痛阈和醋酸扭体实验测定其镇痛作用,ELISA法测定小鼠血清中肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)的表达情况。结果中剂量混其勒-7可提高小鼠痛阈,减少扭体次数,并且改善二甲苯引发的炎症表现,其抗炎作用可能与TNF-α有关,而镇痛作用与TNF-α无关。结论混其勒-7具有抗炎镇痛作用,其抗炎作用可能与TNF-α有关。%Objective To study the Mongolian Hunqile-7 anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect in mice, a preliminary explore its action mechanism. Methods Using auricle inflammation swelling experiments show its anti-inflammatory action, hot plate pain threshold and acetic acid twisting experiment measure its analgesic action, ELISA method for determination of mice serum tumor necrosis factor alpha(tumor necrosis factor-α, TNF-α)expression. Results Dose mixed in the Hunqile-7 can increase the pain threshold of mice, decrease the times of twisting the body and improve inflammation caused by xylene, its anti-inflammatory effects may be associated with the TNF-a, and analgesic action has nothing to do with the TNF-α.Conclusion Mix the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Hunqile-7, its anti-inflammatory effects may be associated with the TNF-α.
