双歧三联活菌片治疗小儿腹泻的疗效和安全性分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the colon triplex viable piece of clinical effect and safety for the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods Our hospital clinical data of 120 cases of children with diarrhea, according to the hospital has divided into observation group and control group, control group given routine therapy, the children on the basis of the observation group of patients in the control group joint dichotomous sanlian living bacterium treatment observation the clinical effect of two groups of children, clinical indicators recovery, immune function, and adverse reactions occur. Results Observation group with treatment effect is good, compared with the control group was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Using the colon sanlian living bacterium treatment of infantile diarrhea curative effect, can enhance children's immunity, and at the same time has good security, is worth popularizing in clinical use.%目的：探讨双歧三联活菌片治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果以及安全性。方法选取我院120例腹泻患儿的临床资料，根据入院先后分为观察组与对照组，对照组患儿给予常规治疗，观察组患儿在对照组的基础上联合双歧三联活菌片进行治疗观察两组患儿的临床效果、临床指标恢复情况、免疫功能以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患儿治疗效果好，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用双歧三联活菌片治疗小儿腹泻疗效确切，能够增强小儿免疫力，同时有着较好的安全性，值得在临床上推广使用。
