高血压社区管理和综合干预的控制效果观察

摘要

目的：探究应用高血压社区管理与综合方式进行高血压干预后的临床效果。方法选取36例高血压患者使用高血压社区管理与综合干预的方式进行疾病控制。比较分析干预前后患者对疾病的知晓率、血压和BMI的变化情况。结果实施干预后，患者对高血压相关知识的知晓率明显提高，患者血压及BMI降低明显（P＜0.05）。结论对高血压患者实施社区管理和综合干预后，可扩大高血压疾病知识普及率和控制高血压，值得临床中应用与普及。%Objective To explore of hypertension community management and comprehensive intervention to hypertension after the intervention of clinical effect.Methods Selected 36 cases patients with high blood pressure received hypertension in community management and comprehensive intervention approach to disease control.Results After intervention, patients of hypertension related knowledge awareness has improved signiifcantly, and the patient's blood pressure and BMI decrease obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion After the implementation of community management and comprehensive intervention in patients with high blood pressure can can expand hypertension disease knowledge penetration and control high blood pressure. It is worth in the clinical application and vigorously popularize.
