Objective to investigate the routine MRI and 3D-TOF MRA in subcortical arteriosclerosis encephalopathy combined application effect. Methods Choose 104 cases of patients with subcortical arteriosclerosis encephalopathy - conventional MRI and 3 D- TOF MRA examination. Results Routine MRI combined with 3D-TOF MRA applications, can be clearly observed in brain tissue pathological changes and vascular wall, thickness, and contorts the presence of occlusion, and so on and so forth. Among them, the mild arteriosclerosis 32 cases, moderate arteriosclerosis 29 cases, 43 cases of severe atherosclerosis. Conclusion Routine MRI combined with 3D-TOF MRA examination, help to the diagnosis of subcortical arteriosclerosis encephalopathy, worthy of promotion.%目的:探讨常规 MRI 与3D-TOF MRA 在皮层下动脉硬化性脑病中的联合应用效果。方法选择104例皮层下动脉硬化性脑病患者进行常规 MRI 及3D-TOF MRA 检查。结果常规 MRI 与3D-TOF MRA 相结合应用,可以清楚的观察到脑组织病变及血管管壁、粗细、走形及有无闭塞等情况。其中,轻度动脉硬化32例,中度动脉硬化29例,重度动脉硬化43例。结论常规 MRI 与3D-TOF MRA 检查相结合,有助于对皮层下动脉硬化性脑病的诊断,值得推广。
