目的：探讨护理干预在腰硬联合麻醉剖宫产术中的应用，总结对降低低血压发生率的作用。方法选择148例行剖宫产术患者，均接受腰硬联合麻醉，予以随机数字表格法分成试验组与对照组，每组74例。对照组以麻醉师主管，护士辅以常规护理，试验组在常规基础上予以系统的规范性综合干预，包括心理、行为等。比较两组低血压发生率及满意度。结果试验组患者的低血压发生率低于对照组，有明显差异，存在统计学意义（P＜0.05），患者对护理满意度比较，试验组对护理工作的满意度高于对照组，有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论在腰硬联合麻醉剖宫产术中，护理干预可有效降低低血压发生率，减轻痛苦，促进恢复，有推荐价值。%Objective To explore the nursing intervention in epidural anesthesia during cesarean section in the application of the summary of the role of reducing the incidence of hypotension. Result The incidence of hypotension in patients with the experimental group than the control group, a significant difference statistically significant (P<0.05), patient care and satisfaction compared to the experimental group was higher satisfaction of care, there is a statistically difference (P<0.05).Conclusion In Lumbar epidural anesthesia during cesarean section, nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of low blood pressure, relieve pain, promote recovery, have recommended value.
