目的：分析和研究抗VEGF药物联合激光治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞的疗效。方法选取2012年2月至2015年3月视网膜中央静脉阻塞患者87例，分为观察组与对照组。对照组患者予以激光治疗；观察组患者予以抗VEGF药物联合激光治疗，对比治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组患者的最佳矫正视力、黄斑中心凹厚度均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患者治疗总有效率优于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组患者均未出现眼内压升高、眼内炎、视网膜撕裂、玻璃体出血、医源性外伤性白内障等并发症（P＞0.05）。结论抗VEGF药物联合激光治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞疗效确切，可有效改善患者视力，安全性高，值得推广。%Objective To analysis and study of VEGF drugs combined laser treatment the curative effect of central retinal vein occlusion. Methods Selecting from February 2012 to March 2015 87 cases of patients with central retinal vein occlusion, divided into observation group and control group, control group patients give laser treatment;The observation group of patients to VEGF drugs with laser therapy, compare the treatment effect. Results The observation group after treatment the best corrected visual acuity, macular center thickness of the concave is better than that of control group (P<0.05). To observe the treatment group total effectiveness is better than control group (P<0.05). Two groups of patients were not present elevated intraocular pressure, endophthalmitis and retinal tears, complications such as vitreous hemorrhage, iatrogenic traumatic cataract (P>0.05). Conclusion VEGF drugs combined curative effect is laser to treat the central retinal vein occlusion, can effectively improve patients' eyesight, high safety, worth promoting.
