心血管介入治疗致低血压的观察与护理

摘要

Objective To discuss the observation and nursing of hypotension caused by cardiovascular interventional therapy.Methods 300 cases of hypotension caused by cardiovascular interventional therapy were selected, and their clinical characteristics and speciifc nursing methods and effect were analyzed.Results 9 cases occurred hypotension which showed pale complexion, chest distress and shortness of breath, meanwhile combined with excessive sweating, cold limbs, heart rate drop (20-30 times/min), nausea and vomiting. 6 cases occurred in sheath removal process, and the other 3 cases occurred after the puncture site hemostasis. Nursing satisfaction rate was 96.33%, and dissatisifed cases were 11.Conclusion The cardiovascular interventional therapy induced hypotension rapidly and harmfully. Meticulous nursing is the key to timely detection and effective treatment, which can reduce lethality rate of hypotension caused by cardiovascular interventional therapy.%目的：探讨心血管介入治疗致低血压的观察与护理。方法选择心血管介入治疗导致发生低血压的患者300例，分析患者临床特征及具体的护理方法和效果。结果所有患者中发生低血压9例，表现为突然出现面色苍白，胸闷气短症状，同时伴随全身大量出汗，四肢发冷，心率下降（20~30次/分），恶心呕吐。其中6例发生于拔除鞘管过程中，其余3例发生于术后穿刺点止血时。护理满意率为96.33%，不满意11例。结论心血管介入治疗致低血压发生迅速，危害较大，细致的护理检测是及时发现和有效处理的关键，能够降低心血管介入治疗致低血压致死率。
