三苯基膦骨架材料载Pd催化剂的制备及其催化氯苯加氢脱氯控制研究

     

摘要

PPh3-based microporous skeleton polymer was prepared supported Pd NPs catalyst KAPs-PPh3-Pd(0) by a simple external cross-linking method. BET、XRD、SEM、TEM and other characterization showed that Pd nanoparticles in 4~5 nm size evenly dispersed in polymer skeleton, the surface of the catalyst was abundant of porous structure, and the surface area could achieve 939 m2/g. The catalyst could modulating control the reaction in cross-coupling and dechlorination for chlorobenzene though adjust the parameters such as base, solvent and reaction temperature, the yield all could reach above 90%, and the catalyst could be recycled for several times without sharply decrease in activity.%通过简单的外交联法制备了三苯基膦(PPh3)基微孔骨架聚合物载钯催化剂KAPs-PPh3-Pd(0), X-射线衍射分析仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、N2吸脱附(BET)等表征测试显示Pd纳米颗粒以4~5 nm尺寸均匀分散在载体骨架中,催化剂表面呈现疏松多孔结构,比表面积能够达到939 m2/g.通过对碱、溶剂、反应温度等条件参数的控制,该催化剂能够调控催化氯苯的偶联及脱氯反应,产率均能达到90%以上,并且催化剂能够多次循环利用.
