DCS技术在石油化工生产中的应用

摘要

After 1990s,computer technology advanced,more new technologies were applied to the DCS.Past ten years,automatic control technology in China＇s petrochemical industry was widely used,especially DCS in process control technology made considerable progress.According to statistics,China＇s petrochemical enterprises in more than 200 sets of DCS were put into use,which improved the level of automatc production,ensure safd and stable production,and enhancd the control accuracy and energy consumption.%进入20世纪90年代以后,计算机技术突飞猛进,更多新的技术被应用到了DCS之中。最近十多年来,自动控制技术在我国石油化工行业中得到了广泛的应用,特别是在采用DCS技术进行过程控制方面取得了长足进展。据统计,在我国石化企业中已有200多套DCS投入使用,这些系统在提高企业生产自动化水平,保证安全稳定生产,提高控制精度及节能降耗等方面发挥了重要的作用。
