生物质气化模型的流程模拟

         

摘要

生物质能是一种重要的可再生能源。通过Aspen Plus软件平台,建立生物质气化反应器模型,对生物质气化过程进行模拟计算,探讨了不同反应条件,包括气化温度、压力以及水蒸气与生物质质量配比(S/B)对气化产物成分的影响。计算结果表明,采用生物质蒸汽气化技术可获得体积分数为60%以上的富氢燃料气,且增大水蒸气与生物质质量配比有利于氢气产率的提高。%Biomass energy was one of the most important sustainable energy sources.A model of biomass gasification in ASPEN PLUS process simulator was presented and a detailed methodology of hydrogen production in gasifier was set up.In the period of biomass gasification,the effects on gasification efficiency of different parameters,including gasification temperature,pressure and ratio of steam to biomass(S/B),were investigated.The results indicated among products of sawdust gasification in steam atmosphere,hydrogen accounts for up to 60%(volume fraction) in combustible content.Higher flow rate of steam was favorable for hydrogen yield.
