The manufacture processing technology of the thermo plastic elastic material TPEE was introduced,including injection molding,extruding,blow molding,rotational molding,melt molding technology,and controlling key factors.The extruder film technology,such as plasticizing,film molding,thickness and wind process design and the control technology,was focused on.The TPEE film application trend and the situation in Chinese macket were aslo presented.%简单的介绍了热塑性弹性体TPEE的主要成型加工技术,包括注塑、挤出、吹塑、旋转成型和熔融铸塑等各种热塑加工方法及其技术控制要点,重点阐述了3～200μm TPEE薄膜的挤出成膜技术,包括了具体的塑化、成膜、厚度、收卷等的工艺设计、控制技术,最后简要的介绍TPEE的薄膜应用趋势以及国内情况.
