裂解气压缩机结垢振动与处理

摘要

Polymerization fouling problem affected performance and long - term stable operation of the compressor, which was the most important cause of compressor shutting down. The cracking gas compressor low pressure cylinder vibration fluctuating eaused by polymerization and fouling problem was analyzed, and adding dispersant fouling inhabitor in the wash oil system can solve this problem which can be a guidance to deal with the simelar problems.%聚合结垢问题是影响压缩机性能和长周期稳定运转的难点,是造成压缩机停车的重要原因之一,本文分析了裂解气压缩机结垢引起压缩机低压缸振动波动的问题,提出了添加分散型阻聚剂在线处理压缩机结垢问题的措施,达到抑制结垢、遏制振动波动的目的,对同类的问题处理有指导意义。
