含异靛单元染料的合成及在DSSC中的研究

         

摘要

A novel pure organic dye TPAIDI was designed and synthesized, which had a D -~ -A system based on indigo a w - conjugated system, containing a triphenylamine (TPA) electron - donating group and cyanoacrylic acid as an electron acceptor and an anchoring group. The photophysical and electrochemical properties of the dye were investigated by absorption spectrometry and DSSC device characterization. The DSSC based on TPAID1 produced 0.59% of energy conversion efficiency(J50= 1.59 mA/cm2, Voc =0.55 V, FF =0.69) under 100 mW/cm2 simulated AM 1,5 G solar irra- diation.%我们以三苯胺为电子给体,氰基丙烯酸为电子受体和锚定基团,首次使用窄带隙共轭单元异靛设计合成了一个D-π-A型全有机染料TPAIDI,对其进行在染料敏化太阳能电池中的性能进行了一些列的表征,测定了染料在氯仿溶剂中的紫外一可见吸收光谱,并对其进行了DSSC器件表征,在AM1.5G,100mW/cm^2下,染料TPMDl的电池能量转换效率为0.59%(J50=1.59mA/cm2,Voc=0.55V,FF=0.69)。
