再接触制冷系统在连续重整装置的问题及处理

摘要

The process flow,operational principle and technical features of re-contact chilling system was described.The analysis of the problem of re-contact chilling system in the process of running concluded that the main culprit of equipment leaked in CCR unit.Meanwhile,a specific revamping proposal for the equipment leakage was put forward.Since revamping,there-contact chilling system worked well.It showed that the rush repairs of re-contact chilling system was successful.%简单阐述了再接触制冷系统的流程、工作原理及技术特点,针对重整装置制冷系统运行过程中所遇到的问题,判断制冷系统泄漏的设备和分析设备泄漏的原因,同时为下一步的处理提出了具体方案。经过抢修后,制冷系统的运行情况说明这次抢修是成功的。
