基于WinCC的天然气压缩机监控系统的实现

摘要

The use of natural gas compressor WinCC software remote monitoring system design process,and PLC remote control signal method were introduced.Remote monitoring system for natural gas compressors to achieve real-time data monitoring,real-time fault alarm,records a number of historical data monitoring and management capabilities to ensure the unit stable and safe operation.The operator personal injury probability was reduced due to in situ observation of high temperature,high pressure,and high noise.%介绍了利用WinCC软件实现天然气压缩机组远程监控系统的设计过程,及PLC控制信号的远传方法。远程监控系统实现了对天然气压缩机组数据的实时监控、故障实时报警、历史数据记录等多项监控管理功能,从而确保机组平稳、安全运行。降低了操作人员就地观察时因高温、高压、高噪音可能导致人身伤害的概率。
