车用压缩天然气中水露点检测的准确性探讨

摘要

针对车用压缩天然气站生产的压缩天然气中水露点的检测原理与方法，分析和探讨了影响压缩天然气中水露点检测的气体组分、仪器、环境条件、测试时间等因素，提出了压缩天然气中水露点检测的注意事项，以规范压缩天然气中水露点的检测操作，保证结果的准确性、可靠。近年来，应用冷却镜面凝析露点仪法，对全市压缩天然气站进行了多次市级定期监督抽样检验工作，检测结果与省级气体专业检验站基本一致。%Based on the vehicle detection principle and method of compressed natural gas water dew point, the influence of compressed natural gas water dew point of gas detection component, instrument, environmental conditions, test time, etc were analyzed and discussed, and the notice of compressed natural gas water detection was proposed for the accuracy of natural gas water dew point detection operation and guarantee the result code compression. In recent years, the application of condensate cooling mirror dew point meter method, many times of the municipal regular supervision and sampling inspection work in the city of compressed natural gas station were carried out. The testing results and the provincial gas professional inspection station were generally the same.
