鼓风炉处理铅锑杂料的生产实践

摘要

介绍了用鼓风炉处理铅锑复合矿冶炼过程中产出的多种中间物料，综合回收铅锑金属的生产实践。铅锑冷料机械压团后送鼓风炉熔炼的方法可有效利用铅锑复合矿冶炼过程中产出的多种返料，工艺简单可靠，技术上可行，经济技术指标较反射炉熔炼和配料烧结处理工艺为优。%There were some kinds of intermediate materials from lead and antimony metallurgy in Xinhua smelter.The blast furnace process was applied to treat these intermediate materials which were pressure into squares .By selecting suitable slag system and appropriated smelting process parameters , the process work was safe and stable.Technical and economic indicators were superior to sintering -melting process and reverberatory furnace smelting process.
