Hydroxyl acrylate emulsion was synthesized by seeded emulsion polymerization with butyl acrylate , methacrylic acid and hydroxyethyl methacrylate as monomers.The structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy.The optimum conditions for the emulsion polymerization were that the reaction temperature was 75~85℃and the amount of initiator was 0.3%of the mass of monomers.As the hydroxyl content increased , emulsion polymerization stability was decreased , gel content was increased , water resistance of the films was decreased , and hardness and adhesion of the films were improved.%以丙烯酸丁酯,甲基丙烯酸,甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯为单体,采用种子乳液聚合的方法制备羟基丙烯酸酯乳液,用红外光谱分析了共聚乳液的结构。乳液聚合的最佳条件为:反应温度为75-85℃,引发剂用量为单体用量的0.3%。羟基单体用量增加,乳液稳定性降低,凝胶含量增加,涂膜的耐水性下降,涂膜硬度增大,附着力增强。
