夹套式搪玻璃反应釜定期检验技术和方法

摘要

夹套式搪玻璃反应釜作为非金属衬里压力容器广泛应用于化工、制药等工业生产领域， TSG R7001-2013《压力容器定期检验规则》首次明确提出了对搪玻璃压力容器的定期检验要求。本文以夹套式搪玻璃反应釜为例，结合已有检验经验对其失效模式进行了的综合分析，提出了对该类设备的检验方法及注意事项，其中详细介绍了对搪玻璃层厚度测量及直流高压电检测的要点。%Glass lined reactor of jacketed type as non metal lined pressure vessel was widely used in chemical , pharmaceutical and other industrial production field , the requires in the glass lined pressure vessel periodical inspection were put forward for the first time in TSG R 7001-2013 Pressure Vessel Periodical Inspection Regulation.As glass lined reactor of jacketed type for example , the failure mode on the existing test experience was comprehensively analyzed , the periodical method and the matters needing attention of this type equipment were also put forward , and the details of thickness inspection and direct -current high voltage examination were also introduced.
