空分系统低温垢研究及新型水处理技术的应用

     

摘要

Aiming at the problem of low -temperature scaling in circulating cooling water at air separation device , the effective water treatment chemicals and water stabilizing technology were researched and used to avoid the blocking phenomenon occurring to some critical equipment in pre -cooling systems at air separation device , such as air cooling tower, water cooling tower and refrigeration unit , etc.The practice proved that the new water chemicals and stabilizing technology had excellent efficient and performance in ensuring the long -time running with safety and stability for two years.There was no any significant scaling phenomenon in the equipments routine maintenance.%针对空分装置循环冷却水系统普遍存在的低温垢问题,研究并筛选出高效的水处理药剂及水质稳定处理技术,有效地避免了空分系统空冷塔、水冷塔、冷冻机组等预冷关键设备发生的结垢现象,通过应用实践证明,在采用新的水处理药剂及水质稳定技术之后,水质运行良好,循环冷却水系统已经连续安全运行两年,在设备例行检修时,空冷塔喷头、冷冻压缩机组及填料等部位没有发现明显结垢现象。
