超重力技术作为一种过程强化技术,在材料、化工、冶金等领域有着广泛的应用前景。本文主要介绍了超重力技术在材料制备中的应用。结合攀枝花丰富的钛资源及其分布情况和铝热法制备Ti-Al基合金遇到的渣-金分离效果不好的难题,提出了超重力技术与铝热法相结合制备Ti-Al基合金的新思路。%As a technique of process intensification, higee technology has a broad prospect in the numerous fields, such as material, chemical engineering and metallurgy.Higee technology, which materials, was described.Considering the rich titanium resource as well as its existence form in Panzhihua, and the problem that the slag and Ti-Al based alloys cannot be seperated from each other, a new idea which combined higee technology with thermite method to prepare Ti-Al based alloys was put forward.
