微波诱导氧化连续化处理皂化废水的研究

     

摘要

Epichlorohydrin saponification wastewater which has many problems, such as high alkalinity and high salinity, is difficult to treat.Saponification wastewater continuous treatment was studied based on the optimal conditions:microwave radiation time was 25 min, radiation power was 850 W, pH was 13, wastewater:activated carbon:slag=20:1:1.The treatment efficiency of NaOH and flocculent was compared.The effective factors, such as height of bed layer, velocity of flow, were studied.%生产环氧氯丙烷产生的皂化废水,碱度高,属于高盐有机废水,处理难度大。本文在已经确定的活性炭/钢渣吸附-微波诱导氧化最佳工艺:废水砄活性炭砄钢渣用量固液比为20砄1砄1,微波辐射功率为850 W,加热温度为100℃,加热时间为25 min, pH值为13。在此基础上对皂化废水进行连续处理,比较了NaOH和凝絮剂处理废水的效果,考查了最佳条件下床层高度和流速对处理效果的影响。
