2-(2-吡啶)-苯并咪唑的合成及其配合物晶体组装与结构

         

摘要

2-(2-吡啶)苯并咪唑(HPBM),是咪唑的衍生物,在生物合成上具有很好的活性,同时这类化合物也是荧光效率比较高的发光材料。本文合成了2-(2-吡啶)苯并咪唑,并与部分过渡金属组装出配合物晶体材料。并分析了这几种化合物的晶体空间结构,红外、荧光的定性分析,并对这几种晶体内部的配位方式与分子内作用力进行了讨论,包括晶体内部H键的形成与作用、金属对配位化合物的影响等。%2-(2-pyridine) benzo imidazole( HPBM) is one of the derivatives of imidazole. It is active in biosynthesis with high fluorescent efficiency. HPBM ligand was synthesized for syntheses of some complexes, and several single cell crystal architectures assembled and their crystal structures were characterized by CCD determination. All products were examined by CCD, IR and photofluorescency determinations. The coordination manner and intramolecular forces, including the influence of hydrogen bonding interactions and kind of metal on the properties of the complexes, were discussed in detail.
