利用超声波辐射技术合成蔗糖尿素树脂胶

         

摘要

以蔗糖代替甲醛,酸性条件下经加热、机械搅拌,在超声波环境下合成无公害的绿色蔗糖脲醛树脂胶黏剂。用单因素实验法获得最佳合成反应条件: pH=3,催化剂用量为1.0%,蔗糖与尿素物质的量配比为4:1,超声波时间为30 min。通过正交分解法对树脂胶的固化条件进行了研究。实验固化结果为:固化质量分数为9%,固化温度为110℃,固化时间1.5 h。合成产品经过紫外光谱和红外光谱表征确定为目标产品。%Taking sugar instead of formaldehyde, heating and mechanical agitating under acidity conditions, pollution-free green sugar cane, urea formaldehyde resin adhesive glue agent was synthetized in ultrasonic environment. The best synthesis conditions were obtained using single factor experiment method as follows:pH=3 , dosage of catalyst was 1. 0%, sucrose and molar ratio of urea was 4:1 , ultrasonic time was 30 min. Method of resin adhesive curing conditions was studied through the orthogonal decomposition. Experimental curing result showed that the curing quality score was 9%, curing temperature was 110 ℃, curing time was 1. 5 h. Synthetic products were confirmed as target products through UV spectroscopy and characterization.
