形貌可控硫化铜的制备与表征

             

摘要

纳米结构的硫化铜( CuS)是一种性能良好的合成材料,广泛应用于太阳能电池、超导材料以及高能量锂离子电池等众多领域。分别采用了均匀沉淀法和溶剂热法合成硫化铜纳米粉体,并利用控制变量法,通过改变铜源和硫源及其化学计量比以及溶剂的不同配比,来探究不同实验条件对于硫化铜纳米材料形貌特征的影响。实验结果表明,反应物配比不同,会得到纳米花(球)和棱柱等不同形貌的硫化铜粉体。%Nanostructure Copper Sulfide ( CuS) is one kind of composed materials, it is used in many different fields such as solar batteries, superconductivity materials and cathode with high power capacity of Li -ion batteries. Homogeneous precipitation method and solvothermal method, respectively, were used to synthesize CuS nano-particles. In order to find out the various effects on morphology of CuS nano-particles, different kinds and stoichiometric ratios of Cu and S resources were used during experiments, as well as adding different solvents and changing their proportioning. The result demonstrated that the obtained CuS materials had various morphologies within different reaction time, reactant and proportioning of solvant, including nano-flower ( sphere) and hexagonal.
