利用城市污泥制备水煤浆的实验研究

     

摘要

利用干湿污泥制备污泥水煤浆,考察污泥的添加量对水煤浆成浆特性的影响。针对湿污泥水分高,直接与煤掺混制备水煤浆无法得到高品质浆体的特点,进行了添加碱性物质对湿污泥改性制备污泥水煤浆的实验,改性剂分别选用 NaOH、KOH、 Ca( OH)2、 K2 CO3,通过加碱改性实验找到最佳改性条件。结果表明,干污泥添加量在10%时,可以得到成浆特性良好、浓度较高的污泥水煤浆;湿污泥在KOH用量为15%,处理时间为1 h的条件下,制备所得污泥水煤浆的成浆浓度最大。%Using dried and wet sludge to prepare sludge CWS, the influence of the sludge addition on the slurring properties was investigated. The original unmodified sludge can’t be mixed with coal to prepare the high quality sludge CWS due to its high moisture content. Adopted the alkaline matter to modify the sludge, used NaOH, KOH, Ca(OH)2 and K2 CO3 as the modifiers, the best modification condition was found. The results showed that the high quality and high concentration sludge CWS can be produced when the dried sludge blending ratio was 10%, the sludge CWS had the highest concentration when the wet sludge was modified by 15% NaOH for 1 h.
