低温合成超细硼酸铜粉末

     

摘要

探讨了采用不同的铜源对产物硼酸铜的影响,最终确定以碱式碳酸铜为铜源、硼酸为硼源制备硼酸铜,考察了不同硼酸用量和不同反应温度对产物形成的影响。分析不同条件下合成的产物得知,在较低的温度800℃焙烧3 h,当硼酸过量10%时都不能制备出纯净的硼酸铜,而当硼酸过量20%时,制备出单一相的硼酸铜,分子式为Cu3 B2 O6,通过Jade 6.5软件计算其晶胞参数为a=3.35314, b=19.56112, c=19.57173,粒径在65.6 nm左右。%The effect of different copper sources on the product Cu3 B2 O6 was discussed.It was ultimately determined that Cu3 B2 O6 powders were prepared from the raw powders of CuCO3・ Cu( OH) 2・ 2H2 O and H3 BO3 at low temperature. The influence of the different amount of boric acid and the type of reaction temperature on the product formation was investigated.Analysis of the product synthesized under different conditions showed in the lower temperature of 800 ℃calcined 3 h, when 10%excess of boric acid could not be prepared pure copper borate.While boric acid excessed 20%, a single phase of boric acid copper was prepewed.Its cell parameters was as follows: a=3.35314, b=19.56112, c=19.57173 and its size was about 65.6 nm.
