Fenton-SBR 联合处理草酸化工废水的最佳工况研究

         

摘要

Fenton-SBR process was operated for treating oxalic acid wastewater. The results showed that impact of the residual hydrogen peroxide after Fenton reaction would affect SBR in domestication stage. SBR was accommodated by cultivating, the pH of the water outlet was elevated than the pH of the water inlet after SBR treatment. For oxalic acid production wastewater, COD of the water outlet was lower than 400 mg / L under the conditions of influent COD 4000 ~7000 mg / L by the combined treatment system, the total of COD removing rate maintained basically at 95% , which can meet the third grade standard of GB8978-1996.%利用 Fenton-SBR 工艺对草酸化工废水进行联合处理,研究表明: Fenton 处理后残留的双氧水在驯化期会对 SBR 产生一定的冲击,经驯化后 SBR 能适应, SBR 出水会呈明显 pH 升高现象。采用该联合系统处理草酸化工废水,针对进水4000~7000 mg/ L 的废水,出水 COD 浓度能稳定低于400 mg/ L,总去除率稳定在95%以上,能达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)的Ⅲ级标准。
