低温甲醇洗工艺甲醇循环量不足的影响及处理措施

China Shenhua Coal Liquefaction Branch Ordos low methanol plant put into operation in May 2008 , insufficient amount of methanol in cycle flux appeared after overhaul in 2011, plant load increase was severely restricted, the unit could not be maintained while running. A significant impact on the issue of generating means and how to resolve were analyzed in workmanship and reasonable treatment measures. Device through process optimization and adjustment to maximized the plant operation when load plant started operation in the state, the problem was solved.%中国神华鄂尔多斯煤制油分公司低温甲醇装置于2008年5月投产运行,2011年大修后出现甲醇循环通量不足,严重制约装置负荷提高,同时装置处于运行状态,无法切出检修。本文就该问题对装置产生的重大影响及在工艺方面如何解决进行总结分析,并提出合理处理措施。装置通过工艺优化调整,最大限度提高了装置运行负荷,在装置开工运行状态下,将问题解决。
